The customer takes advantage of the experience, skills and thorough know-how of our far-reaching team of thousands of dedicated service specialists all around the world and, much more importantly, in his/her immediate vicinity. Our service offering ensures optimal equipment uptime, performance, compliance and the expertise necessary to maximize the investment of the customer.
The Internal Sales Specialist will be part of the Service team and will be dedicated to sell/renew service contracts on the phone and offer spare parts.
S/he will report to the Service Sales and Marketing Manager and her/his main responsibilities will be:
achieving sales targets by selling Mettler-Toledo service contracts and spare parts; identifying opportunities on the assigned client portfolio; proactively generating opportunities for other business areas or teams; being the main point of contact for clients in case of needs and/or complaints. What You Need to Succeed
High School Diploma or Bachelor's/Master's degree; at least 1- 2 years of B2B service sales experience (preferably as Internal Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / Internal Account Manager); intermediate level of English; good knowledge of MS Office; proactive and goal-oriented attitude; good negotiation skills.
