A long-established global technology vendor company is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Sales Support Representative for their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible to provide support and consultation to the company's sales resources related to customer setup, purchasing programs, pricing and quotation, licensing, Sales Exceptions, assistance with sales tools and escalating complex requests to the appropriate departments. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist sales team with deal preparation including pricing, customer contract detail, quoting and account profiling.New business support for sales Team (including partner and client calls)Assist with the sales exception process.Support customers with company license Agreements and work with the company's contract team to ensure they are set up correctly in the company's system to allow purchase.Account Management for existing end users: work with customers on license transfers, conversion requests, trade up reports, merge records, customer requests and issues, track status and keeping relevant parties updated.Utilize Salesforce to assist sales with all opportunities, track all sales stages of the opportunities, and update customer information.Resolve or coordinate appropriate responses to customers, and the company's teams independently and involves/escalates to other teams for more complex issues.Consult Sales on how to track all sales stages of the opportunities, and update customer information on SFDC.Order Issues/management, working with customer/sales/channel partner and Order Services to ensure order is booked and assets delivered to the client.Deliver ad hoc trainings on Systems and ToolsAssist customers on all queries regarding the license portal system.Support increased pipeline and revenue generation by maximizing sales representative's customer facing time on key value sales activities.Support customer satisfaction and increased revenue generation by providing focus and efficient/prompt resolution of simple/routine sales administrative issues.Support and quality of internal tracking/metrics by providing consultation about the standardization of the accounts maintenance and opportunity information in CRM and other systems.CANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum of 2 years previous experience in Sales Support or in indirect SalesPrevious experience in a high-tech environmentFluency in English, both written and verbal.
