Sales and Client Support Internship – 6 monthsOctober 2024/March 2025 Who we're looking for We are looking for an intern to assist mainly the sales department, your responsibilities include: participation in the running of standard reporting; help in maintaining the contacts database; produce customized documents to support the selling proposition.The intern will collaborate with different teams (intermediary and institutional sales, marketing, CRM, client support, compliance) and in this way will gain an overview of how the business activity works.
Teamwork and collaborations are key values within Schroders and we expect them to be applied in daily activities.
What you'll do ·Participate in the running of recurrent clients' reporting;·Participate in the running of reports and assistance upon request;·With the Client Relationship Management team and the Client Support be the entry point for standard or customized requests to the London HQ or other offices;·Participate in maintaining the contacts database updated; The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need ·Degree or be close to it;·Fluent English language capabilities (written and spoken);·Good time management and organizational skills (good prioritization capabilities);·Demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills;·Collaborative and team oriented.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help ·Basic knowledge of the asset management industry and of its jargon;·Basic knowledge of financial markets dynamics;·Knowledge of Excel and Power Point and their functions;·Capability to use and explore digital tools.
