What does your day-to-day in this role look like: Effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client.
Perform ad sales (craft lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, advise on marketing strategies, respond to and negotiate RFPs, create media plans, overcome objections).
Evangelizing the platform and explaining how its audience can help their business.
Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation.
Work independently, managing a full sales cycle from lead identification to close in order to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Requirements: Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
Availability to work in rotating shifts.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
Experience in Sales (online).
High School Diploma.
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.

Gross salary: 1240€ + 300€ performance bonus per month or 1040€ + 300€ performance bonus, with accommodation option if you're coming from abroad (private room in a shared apartment).

Flexible working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
