Job Description - Sales Supervisor Italy (24010436) Job Description Sales Supervisor Italy - ( 24010436 ) Description The Supervisor Sales collaborates with the Sales Head and the Sales team within the assigned area to expand the Agent network.
The incumbent will take responsibility for the development of sales opportunities in line with the Sales strategy.
Additionally, the incumbent will act as first point of contact for Agents to resolve any issues, provide customer care and identify any service improvements which will facilitate increased transaction volume.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales Head and team to expand the Agent network.
Develop sales opportunities aligned with the Sales strategy.
Be the first point of contact for Agents, resolving issues and improving service.
Monitor team performance and take necessary actions to achieve objectives.
Communicate with prospects about MoneyGram products and benefits of becoming an Agent.
Maintain prospect database and coordinate contracts for new Agents.
Ensure smooth setup for new Agents.
Requirements: Strong sales and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market data and implement effective strategies.
Motivated team player.
Familiarity with contract processes and documentation.
Education Degree educated level Experience 5+ years of work related experience.
A prior team management experience Sales Savvy: You've got a proven track record in sales management, and you know how to boost those sales figures.
