As a Sales Strategist at CHINT, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of short and long-term plans to achieve business objectives. This will include working directly with the Sales Director Distribution (LV) to create overall strategy, as well as developing and managing sales operational plans.
You will also be responsible for managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing business plans, as well as strong analytical and financial skills. He/she will be a strategic thinker with the ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to problems.
Duties & Responsibilities Understand the company's products, services, and overall business strategy Develop an intimate knowledge of the company's target market, including customer needs and buying habits Conduct extensive research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and other relevant information to inform planning decisions Create long-term plans for the company's growth and development, including sales goals, marketing strategies, and new product development Develop annual business plans and budgets in alignment with the company's strategic objectives Monitor progress against plan on a regular basis, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved Prepare detailed reports on plan performance, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and recommendations for future action Work closely with departmental managers to ensure their initiatives are aligned with the company's overall business plan Keep abreast of changes in the business environment that could impact the company's plans, and develop contingency plans as needed Communicate the company's plans to shareholders, employees, and other key stakeholders Manage the business planning process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and all deliverables are of high quality Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field 5+ years professional experience in business planning, strategic planning, financial analysis, or management consulting Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization Proven ability to develop and deliver presentations to senior executives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills English Advanced (interview will be in English) Italian Advanced Preferred Skills and Qualifications Experience with SQL, or similar data analysis tools. Tableau (nice to have) Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Project management experience MUST: Experience in the electrical industry/renewable energy and fluent Italian.
