Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within Electrification Business Area – Application Building in line with the application strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Energy Distribution & Building Automation, E-Mobility market development in Trentino. You'll be responsible for sales in Trento Province. Main stakeholders are Wholesalers, Installers, Panel Builders, OEMs, EPC.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Build and manage the commercial relationship with all stakeholders, with a specific focus on orders volume, product and solutions mix, and take care of Customer Satisfaction.Propose to the customers the Application Building products and solutions portfolio regarding Energy Distribution and Building Automation and E-Mobility.Ensure efficient sales & marketing activities and communicate value proposition to customers in order to develop your own sales plan.Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market/area.Qualifications for the role3 - 5 years sales experienceGood knowledge about Energy Distribution and Building Automation, E-Mobility.Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationshipsKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Ability to understand customer's needsBe a good team playerWhat's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Electrification and have a visible impact on the futureFeel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of actionLead exciting projects that help customers overcome their challengesBenefitsCompany carLearning & development offeringCareer advancement opportunitiesMore about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
