Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products within the Motion Business Area, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid. This role contributes to the Motors & Generators Division in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area. You'll be responsible for sales in the assigned area.
Main stakeholders are Oem's, Distributors, and End Users. You will be accountable for:
Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers related to the Motors portfolio: Low voltage motors, Medium voltage motors, and Nema motors.Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing new customers.Ensuring your customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing different customers' needs to offer them customized solutions.Communicating to customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.Qualifications for the roleYou have at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist.You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers.Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week.Knowledge of Electric Motors, with experience in the direct market as OEM Machinery and Distributors.Possess enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus).Preferred technical diploma/degree in the Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical).You are comfortable communicating in Italian and English.What's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Motion and have a visible impact on the future.Feel empowered: take ownership and drive exciting results in your scope of action.Help customers drive efficiency and sustainability, making a strong impact.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
