ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Specialist with a focus on IBM/Red Hat business.

The person will have knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders;

Responsibilities: Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationshipsGenerate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer informationManages customer backorderProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition Knowledge Skills and Experience 3+ years of experienceEffective Communication Skills and Excellent telephone mannerPriority management and planning skillsGood relationship buildingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookIdeal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM WHAT WE OFFER Hybrid work - (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression plan.We provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, and more.
