Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the sales of products within the Motion Drive product Division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role contributes to the Motion Drive product Division in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Area. You'll be responsible for sales in the assigned area.
Main stakeholders are OEMs, Distributors, and End Users.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers related to Low Voltage Drive, Medium Voltage Drive, System Drive, Motion, PLC, HMI, Software.Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing new customers.Ensuring your customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.Communicating to customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.Qualifications for the roleYou have at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist.You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers.Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Nord Est Area: Friuli-Venezia Giulia), at least 3 days per week.Knowledge of Drive products, with experience in the direct market as OEM Machinery and Distributors.Possess enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus).Preferred a technical diploma/degree in the Engineering field (mechanical/electrotechnical).You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.What's in it for you?Get exposed to cutting-edge technology in Motion and have a visible impact on the future.Help customers drive efficiency and sustainability, making a strong impact.Bring your knowledge and expertise, making a difference in technology.More about usWe value people from different backgrounds.
