Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports to Sales ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products within the Motion Drive Products division, in line with the division strategy.
Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products in the Emilia-Romagna District.
You'll be responsible for sales in the area of Bologna and Modena.
Main stakeholders are installers, wholesalers, system integrators, panel builders, and OEMs as a Packaging Specialist in the Packaging Valley.You will be mainly accountable for:Ensuring efficient sales & marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers related to the Building portfolio (DRIVE, SYSTEM DRIVE, MOTION, PLC, HMI, SOFTWARE).Managing sales target volumes and product & solutions mix.Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market, developing also new customers.Ensuring your customers have an unforgettable professional experience by analyzing different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.Communicating to the customers about details related to ABB's offering and strategy.Qualifications for the role You have at least 5 years of experience working as a Sales Specialist in Industrial Automation.You are passionate about sales and have the ability to establish good relationships with customers.Availability to visit customers in the assigned area (Center Area: Bologna Modena), at least 3 days per week.Possess enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce (plus).Preferred degree in a technical field.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.What's in it for you?
