How You'll Make an Impact Develop relationships with customers, looking for new opportunities, presenting Controls and Digitalization solutions and service contracts for Power Generation Influence the main partners and the Customer's "Decision-makers" Develop tools, reports / dashboards to evaluate sales trends in comparison with budget, thus allowing the Management to define the annual forecast Present the best technical and commercial solution and negotiate contract with customers Lead opportunities and offers for national and international markets Propose consulting services for digitalization of machines or plants and for improving the energy efficiency, with the aim of growing services of assistance, maintenance, sale of spare parts packages and updates What You Bring Consistent Professional Experience, at least 3/5 years, in Sales or as Proposal/Bid specialist preferably in a multinational company Experience with DCS, Control Systems, AVR and Digitalization is considered a plus Excellent negotiation skills Appropriate communication skills Available to frequent business trips on national and international basis Knowledge of Italian and English at professional working proficiency level. Other languages as German are desirable.
