About the role: BYD Italy is currently looking for a Sales Specialist for Milan Office in Passenger Car Division. The Sales specialist will support Country Manager and Regional Sales managers for reporting market analysis as well as sales activities in cooperation with Italian dealers, to secure BYD sales targets and best customer experience.
Responsibilities: Provide Weekly Sales Funnel reports collecting information from internal systems and/or dealers, tracking retail performance. Provide Market Analysis to monitor market potential and dealer performance. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to stay competitive. Reporting on sales, stock, deliveries, account receivables, invoicing Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within the retail channel. Work with the sales team to set individual store-level sales targets and closely track and assess their progress. Participate in sales & marketing events assisting organization. Collaborate with other Departments both at National and European level to streamline information flow. Other tasks assigned by Regional Sales Manager or Country Manager.
Your profile: Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of the Automotive market in Italy, including customer preferences and distribution channels. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset to assess sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement. Previous experience in marketing or sales department is welcome. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus. Availability to travel and visit retail stores as well as support the sales team. Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
