What We Do We specialize in the design, implementation and commercialization of innovative devices for digital and additive manufacturing. We work on a wide range of solutions for processing polymeric materials, with a particular focus on post-processing.
Our first product to market was a breakthrough in the post-processing of parts produced by additive manufacturing technologies. Thanks to our patented process, the 3DFinisher makes it possible to produce waterproof and impact-resistant plastic objects that can be used immediately as finished products, eliminating the need for complex and expensive post-processing.
Who We Are Looking For We are looking for bright and passionate talent to join our team. We are looking for proactive, curious and entrepreneurial people who can rise to the challenge of creating innovative solutions for our customers on a daily basis.
In particular, we are looking for a sales specialist who will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and managing sales. He or she will be a point of reference for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
What you will do / Key responsibilities Identify and acquire new customers through targeted sales strategies. Understand the additive manufacturing market in Italy. Manage and develop existing customer portfolio. Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Work with the marketing team to identify market opportunities and tailor proposals. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. Attend industry trade shows, events and conferences to promote the company and expand the network of professional contacts. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. Ideal background Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Previous sales experience, preferably in an industry similar to the business. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient use of CRM and MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
