Sales Specialist

In our Electrification Business Area we are looking for key people to new business develop in electrification distribution market.
As a Sales Specialist you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.This position reports toSales ManagerYour responsibilitiesBuild and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers needs to offer them a customized solutionDevelop sales plan and proposal according to market needsIdentify and develop new business opportunities Ableto manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that promote beneficial working relationshipsWorking with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracyYour backgroundEngineering degree or technical diploma At least 5 years of experience in salesExperience in electrical distribution (medium-low voltage products and system, digital distribution solutions)Ability to translate customer requirements solutions and knowledge of Microsoft toolsAbility to communicate both in Italian and English languagesAvailability to business travel in the province of Como-Varese Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile
