Sales Specialist will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling Pall's full F&B product portfolio to CP´s and KA´s setting while fostering positive business relationships to achieve sales targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop/implement CP´s and customer account plans to achieve orders and revenue projections and drive sales of new products and applications.Expand customer base (networking, lead follow-up and conversion of opportunities) and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.Build and maintain customer profile and SWOT including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information.Stay abreast of industry trends to strategically position Pall Solution for maximum advantage and stay ahead of competitive activity at existing customers.Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining appropriate databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM (such as Salesforce), RFQ, and Project/Quote Tracking.The essential requirements of the job include: Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a sale, business development, and/or account management role within a business-to-business environment in direct customers and distributors.Bachelor's degree required – preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.Food and beverage industry proven experience and strong knowledge in Pall portfolio product and applications.Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, primarily domestic travel.Proficiency in English and Italian.At Danaher, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.
