Sales & Solutioning Manager - Project & Development Services
Location: Milan
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales & Solutioning Manager to join our EMEA Project & Development Services, based in Milan.
Joining the EMEA PDS team, you will be integral support to the EMEA business expanding our clients portfolio. A key part of the role will be the management of corporate clients in relation to their ongoing and future projects within their real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal/quotation (RFP/RFQ) for corporate clients at EMEA and global levels.
Preparation and presentation of PDS service proposals to corporate clients.
Negotiation of contracts/master services agreements.
Provide support to PDS teams in EMEA in preparing service proposals for these corporate clients.
Negotiate fee rates with local teams, both internally within C&W and with our affiliated companies and other consultants (third parties).
Lead biweekly meetings with EMEA sales managers.
Create processes to improve departmental operations.
Monitor corporate client projects, acting as the sole point of contact (Single Point of Contact) between the client and local teams executing the project.
Collect lessons learned and transfer them to future teams working on new projects to ensure continuous learning within each account.
This role would suit someone who has come from a background in Bid and Proposal management, or someone who is working within Real Estate and looking for a change in direction.
Joining the EMEA PDS team will allow you great exposure to the team and our clients. It would suit someone who enjoys finding solutions to sometimes challenging requests.
