The Food & Water (F&W) division is looking for Sales Service Engineer – Hygienic Fluid Handling (HFH), based in Monza.
Who you are We are looking for a person with:
Capabilities to identify priorities and follow up the opportunitiesStrong attitude to interpersonal relationshipsAbility to manage a network of customers and partnersBusiness development attitudeOpen mindedStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong team orientation and ability to build cross-functional relationshipsWhat about the job The Candidate will develop and support Sales Business within the Food, Beverage & Pharma Industries specifically on the Hygienic Fluid Handling product portfolio (pumps, valves and tank equipment).
He/she will be responsible for:
Promoting, developing, and securing penetration of technologic sales and related applicationsIdentifying Service technical solutions for F&W - HFH processes for different customers segmentsPromoting, selling, and securing delivery of the service portfolio: spare parts, revamping and replacement of old installed basedSupporting, coaching, and developing the business through partners organization in the field (Distributors and Authorized Service Partners)End-User pulling with focus on Alfa Laval brand and solution specification, Sustainability, Processes Optimization (Water & Energy saving) and Digital ServiceBe Available to travel per 50% of their time in ItalyWhat you know Priority will be given to:
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineeringBackground of sales in "Mechanical Service"A driving license3-5 years previous work experience in Food, Beverage and Pharma industriesGood English language competency, verbal and writtenAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
