Who you are: We are looking for a person with an agile mindset and a willingness to acquire and share new knowledge. You have a technical background with consultancy behaviour. You are a strong contributor to a vibrant workspace where knowledge sharing, delivering as a team, and face-to-face multi-cultural interaction are vital components.
About the job: Based in Poggibonsi, you will become a part of the Olive Oil team, which is responsible for the Olive Oil Business. Service is responsible for supporting our Service Business Partners in their Sales and Technical activities.
Technical activities include: commissioning supervision, troubleshooting supervision, Digital services, and Advisory Services (Assessment, audit, upgrades, and consulting services) together with our Service Business Partners.
Sales activities include: Sales Target, Market Potential, inputs for Price Policy, Discounts, Promotions, and marketing & communication, installed base maintenance, and upgrades.
The resource will spend almost 30% of their time in the office and 70% on Customer or Service Partner sites. In your role, you will also:
Deliver training/learning activities for Service business partners and end-users to secure knowledge and inspire effective work.Deliver technical and commercial audits to our Service business partners.Deliver Assessment/audit and consulting services to our final customers to reduce energy/water consumption or improve performance.Support solving customer claims.Support Service Business Partner to develop the correct technical solution for the customer.Support sales team Capital and Service on the Business Strategy through Service Partners.Support our final customers.You have: In-depth mechanical and electrical knowledge with practical experience in workshop dismantling and repairing machinery. Experience with separation and thermal equipment is a plus.A very good knowledge of both written and spoken English to communicate with the Business Unit.Experience in the Olive Oil industry sector is preferable.A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and the Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).About UsEvery day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society.
