**Main Functions**:
- Develop contacts and relationships with new and existing Customers to sell products, introduce new or alternative product lines, and grow sales in alignment with the guidelines provided by the competent Sales Manager.
- Research, analyses and reports on industry trends and data that impact business' volume, margins and market share.
- Manage the development of Customers by attending industry trade shows and developing business networking.
- Manage the execution of multiple sales and related business strategies by streamlining programs and coordinating activities.
- Develop business plans for specific market opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategy and ensure price architecture is robust for the business and remains current with market fluctuations.
- Effectively interface with the competent Sales Manager and the country Sales Force.
- Ensures Customers quality and expectations are consistently met; eliminates or reduces Customers' complaints.
- Ensure Regional Sales targets and goals are achieved within the given timeline.
**Profile**:
- Previous Sales/Accounts Management experience,
- Previous experience in coatings,
- Proven track record in generating opportunities and closing new business.
- Creativity and accountability.
- Comfortable to operate within a multi-national, multi-cultural, matrix and fast-growing organization.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Ability to set priorities and perform under stress.
- Good command of English language.
