The person we are looking for will directly report to the Global International Sales Manager based in France.
Offerta Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and offering tailored solutions.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering, electrical material distribution, and related industries.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and control divisions, to ensure a seamless delivery of our services.Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure market leadership.Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.Competenze ed esperienza Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.7 to 10 years of experience in a sales management role within engineering or electrical material distribution industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of engineering solutions, maintenance services, and control systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Fluency in English is required; French language skills are a plus.Completa l'offerta This is a great opportunity to join an international leader with a high potential growth project.
