Location: Your Role in Our Journey Actively engage with prospects in Italy, understanding their educational aspirations through needs analysis.Pair students with ideal tutors, organizing personalized educational plans.Maintain communication channels with prospects primarily via phone and email.Utilize relationship-building skills to enroll customers in educational packages.Collaborate with Customer Success for seamless onboarding of new customers.Work closely with Tutor Management to ensure an excellent tutoring experience and contribute to sales best practices.Your Impact: Communicate effectively, drawing attention and fostering relationships.Demonstrate a doer attitude, embracing challenges and innovation.Foster teamwork, sharing knowledge and achieving collective goals.Showcase organizational talent, efficiently prioritizing tasks.Utilize fluency in Italian & English, ideally with familiarity in the respective school systems.Showcase multitasking abilities, adeptly managing varied responsibilities.Bring at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C sales.
