Sales Representative - Italy

Our customer is an important Italian company operating in the trucks and machinery field, part of an international group.

For the implementation of their Sales Team we are looking for a Sales Representative Italy.

Main tasks:


To ensure the achievement of the assigned targets (volumes, revenues, margins, market share) for the Attachments business within the Italian territory;To manage and develop the existing distribution network, coordinating the objectives with Parts and Marketing teams;To be the benchmark for the existing and new customers (dealers) for every issue;To be responsible for the gross margin of his area;To respect the sales KPI according to the sales direction.Requisiti:

The ideal candidate fits the following requirements:
Experience (around 3 - 5 years) in Sales roles within the CE/AG business, preferably in the Attachments business;Experience in BD roles, with a focus on new clients;English knowledge;Availability to travel around Italy;Strong focus on numbers;A technical degree or diploma is a preferred requirement.
