Language Requirements : Italian C2 and English B2 We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for a telecommunications client. This role focuses on selling products and subscriptions over the phone to customers in the Italian market. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships presenting offers and answering questions about products and services. The position also involves upselling crossselling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound calls and identify customer needs to close sales.Present product offers and resolve customer inquiries.Achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.The position includes a 10day intensive training period covering product knowledge software tools and customer management. You will work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Saturday with Portuguese public holidays and holiday bonuses. Additionally a relocation package is provided offering companyrented accommodation for the first 14 months of your stay in Portugal.
