You'll build strong relationships with medical staff and administrative teams, ensuring successful product launches and achieving sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Building: Cultivate positive working relationships with medical staff and administrative personnel at customer accounts.Sales Targets: Consistently achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.Product Launches: Implement new product launches in alignment with company strategies and tactics.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with specialists, regional managers, and marketing teams to manage account relationships effectively.Active Participation: Attend company meetings, data presentations, and briefings regularly.Tender Management: Work closely with regional sales managers to handle tenders.Inventory Management: Ensure timely counting of account consignments and manage product UBD (units by demand).Skills and ExperienceWork Experience: 2+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.Sales Techniques: Proficient in sales techniques.Territory Management: Ability to manage and optimize sales territories.Client Relationship: Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.Motivation for Sales: Driven to achieve sales goals.Ethical Conduct: Uphold high ethical standards.Result-Driven: Focused on achieving results.
