We, in Hiab are looking for a Sales Representative who will join our team of professionals.
You will be responsible for equipment sales operations and dealers coordination within designated areas or segments in the Market Area.
The position can be based in Milan or Bologna , Italy.
Main tasks and responsibilities Work with Manager, Sales & Service, approved budget for direct and indirect new equipment sales to assigned customers Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers; access customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services, negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet sales targets Provide sales and value training to the assigned dealers in the area while monitoring and reporting their activities in the given area.
Strengthen collaboration with the assigned network of bodybuilders to maximise sales leads Manage assigned customer relations, act as business manager towards assigned customers and be the main point of contact Identify, research and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business Refer sales leads, customer feedback and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within organisation Collaborate with technical support representative in the Market Area to coordinate and channel technical support from Hiab functions towards assigned customers with Market Area Provide commercial discounts in line with established guidelines Use Salesforce (CRM) for documenting leads, sales and customer data.
What you'll need to succeed Suitable educational background; commercial, mechanical engineer, production engineer or administrative subjects (Bachelor/academic level) Minimum of 3 years of experience of sales and marketing in the industry and excellent understanding of load handling business and HIAB product knowledge Proven ability to drive and develop equipment business sales and profitability Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships Results and achievement driven and eager to create long term relationships High integrity and excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good technical skills and product knowledge Good command of English - both written and spoken.
