You will collaborate with the marketing team and the business development team.
**LOCATION**: Lugano, Switzerland
**DUTIES**: 5 days a week - Flexible - Remote/Hybrid
**KEY** **REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent in English
- Relevant experience in sales or customer relationship management, preferably in the e-learning or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A client focused professional with ability to listen and understand their needs and advise in their best interest
- A resilient team worker with the agility to find solution and deliver the edge
- A people person who thrives in bringing people together
- Interested in Tech and Innovation topics
- Familiarity with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn automation tools, such as LinkedHelper, for efficient outreach
**PROJECT AUTONOMY**
- Ability to independently handle lead generation, follow-ups, and convert leads to sales.
