Job Description Do you have a passion for sales, and you are willing to execute sales plans and campaigns in line with the LEGO Group's goals?
This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone highly collaborative and market driven.
As our ideal candidate, you'll have first-hand experience in Field Sales, ideally within an international environment.
This role is a 12- months fixed term contract.
This position is focused in managing the customers of Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia & Trentino Alto Adige within the channels of Toys Specialist, Grocery and Wholesalers.
Location: This role serves customers in Northeast Italy.
Ideally, you should reside in the Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, or Trentino Alto Adige regions.
Core Responsibilities Responsible for farming the retailers of the highlighted area, the main responsibilities include: Developing and performing the annual Business Plan for each customer.
Maximizing sell-out by ensuring novelties presence, assortment, and distribution.
Optimizing visibility in stores using point-of-purchase (POP) material.
Granting Forecast and Planning of sell-in, sell-out and dedicates materials.
Dealing with Shipments and Credit Flow.
Ensure Execution of Trade and Field plans.
Play your part in our team succeeding The Field Sales Rep is responsible for managing a collection of local retailers developing and delivering a comprehensive, market-incremental strategy for the Italian BU of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
Relevant Field Sales experience within FMCG or consumer goods brands.
Strong data-driven planning, organizational and execution skills.
Proactivity and ability to work independently to reach targets.
Negotiation skills, analytical abilities, decision making, communication skills, team orientation, and integrity.
Native Italian and good level of English.
Based in the Northeast of Italy, and with a valid driver license.
Willingness to travel at least 3 days per week.
