Kia Italia s.r.l., National Sales Company of Kia Corporation, offers an internship in its Sales Planning department.
The **Sales Planning Trainee** will work within the Volume Planning Field support team, supporting the Sales Planning Department in the daily business, updating, maintaining, and creating ad hoc report and analysis to share relevant sales information.
Reporting to Volume Planning Field Support Deputy Manager, s/he has the main goal of collecting, and analyzing the most relevant Sales Data.
The **Sales Planning Trainee** will support the Volume Planning Field Support team in the preparation and maintenance of the reports and analyses connected with the following activities:
- Reporting of key monthly sales and stock KPI's
- Regular (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) reporting of all new car sales data
- Regular reporting of stock, including stock availability, aging analysis, and identification of stock shortages
- Specific analysis at dealer level (sales performance, stock status and aging, sales quality)
- Ad Hoc analysis to support Field Team operations
- Reporting related to vehicle sales and registrations
- Support weekly forecast process with ad hoc analysis
- All ad hoc reporting and analysis related to the above
- Collaboration and support to other teams from Sales Planning and Sales Department
- Tableau dashboard maintenance
The paid internship will last three months, renewable for another three.

**Education**:
Bachelor degree in economics or equivalent
**Skills**:
Italian: mother tongue or fluent
English: fluent, spoken and written
Good numbers literacy and understanding
MS-office proficient
Tableau knowledge is a plus
