Job Description
Implement sales initiatives that align with market-specific needs and group-level objectivesIdentify trends and opportunities for sales improvementsPrepare compelling presentations for stakeholdersPrepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports, including tasks such as identifying target dealers, supporting volume target setting, and creating tools to help teams achieve their targetsConduct in-depth market analysisDrive the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologiesWork closely with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure our platform meets dealers' needs
Qualifications
1–4 years of working experience in the automotive industry or in a fast-paced within a high-growth technology company would be highly beneficialBachelor's degree in business studies or related fieldsExperience utilizing SQL, G Sheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data setsHands-on experience with visualization tools, e.g. TableauExcellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skillsEnglish is mandatory, and knowing one language from Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian, or Dutch is a plusConsulting / Investment Banking or Sales Operations roles / experience is a plusPrevious CRM experience is a plus.
