The Sales Operations Manager will support the countrylead with all aspects of product installation and maintenance inItaly as we continue to expand the business. The successfulcandidate will build and maintain strong relationships withinternal and external partners – including service providers, hostpartners, technology and product management, and the local businessdevelopment team. The individual must be both analytical andcreative, seeking out ways to improve products, processes, andtools, and executing on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skillsare also important as the position will have frequent interactionwith leadership at Amazon and partner companies. Keyjob responsibilities The Sales Operations Manager will: - Managethe end-to-end installation and maintenance process for Pickup AndReturn Points. - Execute service roll-out on-time. - Drivecontinuous improvement projects in installation and maintenanceprocesses, as well as cost reduction. - Monitor performance ofservice providers such as installation and maintenance partners,and internet service providers, and escalate issues as needed. -Identify through analysis and execute on opportunities to improvecustomer experience and performance, including raising the bar forOperations KPIs. - Participate in strategic projects, including newproduct and feature launches, process improvements, and geographicexpansion. - Partner with global Partner Operations ProgramManagers to innovate on behalf of the business and develop bestpractices. - Develop materials for service providers and hostpartners. - Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects tosenior leadership. - Promote and develop an environment which isreceptive and adaptable to business change.
