In addition to fielding calls from both new and existing customers the Sales Operations Manager will also be responsible for light sales analytics, program management and other sales support functions as we rapidly scale our EMEA business.Essential skills for success include being:Outgoing, enthusiastic and solution orientedOrganized yet flexible to adapt to customer needsAttentive to details and their potential influence on the bigger pictureA team player that works well in small, fast paced and diverse groupsFocused on the creating win-win solutions in a team-oriented environmentResponsibilities· Act as a liaison for the EMEA Sales Team and other departments· Assist sales team with quoting and proposals via Salesforce.Com· Receive and accurately process purchase orders via Salesforce.Com, ERP platform, and NetSuite· Document shipping instructions for each order accurately· Professionally communicate with customers and EMEA Sales Team to coordinate logistics for order and delivery fulfillment· Manage customer payment & credit lines to align with customer requested ship dates· Maintain customer documents in NetSuite.· Create and run Salesforce reports on a regular basis to show performance, activity, data hygiene compliance etc.· Support EMEA Sales Team with Salesforce.Com reporting, dashboards, and key metrics tracking· Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookings forecast process· Manage each order along with digitizing hard copy documents and files· Aid field sales team to internally troubleshoot non-technical issuesRequirements· Prior Sales Operations Manager or similar role experience· Proficient in Microsoft Office· Strong knowledge of Salesforce.Com· Self-starter with the ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and complete assignments with minimal supervision· Professional client facing experience· Ability to effectively coordinate between various departments on behalf of the EMEA Sales Team and Customers· High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred· Fluency in English and Italian (a must)Position based in Montevarchi Tuscany, ItalyJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00 - €35,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
