In partnership with the sales operations manager the candidate will support regional order management activitiesEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccountabilities Actively support the SO team - Timely Regional claims and returns management - Focus on specialty stores and online customers Order management and delivery follow up activities - YNAP Online purchase orders management - Order confirmation dispatch for the region - Order release - Shipments follow up - Delivery reportingExperience, Skills & Knowledge§ Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote teams § Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude. § Interest in the digital landscape, which requires both a creative and innovative approach § Analytical skills § Fluency in English § Proficient in the use of Excel#J-18808-Ljbffr
