In partnership with the sales operations manager the candidate will support regional order management activitiesEssential Duties & Responsibilities Accountabilities Actively support the SO team - Timely Regional claims and returns management - Focus on specialty stores and online customers Order management and delivery follow up activities - YNAP Online purchase orders management - Order confirmation dispatch for the region - Order release - Shipments follow up - Delivery reportingExperience, Skills & Knowledge§ Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote teams § Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude.
