The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring our organization's data quality and actual performance of expected tasks within daily operations.
Such responsibilities include tracking business results, monitoring production KPIs and cleaning data issues when they arise in relation to our CRM.
Reporting directly to the Sales Excellence Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst tasks include: Create automations related to sales operations processes to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection Supervise KPIs, metrics and performance of local teams and provide useful insights for team leaders and managers to improve productivity in all possible areas Re-think processes, detect bottlenecks, and be in constant pursuit of improvements of automations, KPIs, and tools to increase efficiency.
