As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the sales operations function within the organization.
Your expertise in sales processes, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of the sales team.
This role encompasses numerous aspects of supporting and managing the business including defining strategies and programs to achieve business goals, developing procedures relating to account management, lead management, territory planning, sales quota setting, sales compensation, annual business planning, sales automation, tools & reporting, pre & post-sales support and training & readiness.
Additionally, this role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements that align with sales goals and company objectives.


Key job responsibilities Sales Process Management: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights to refine and optimize sales workflows.
Data Analysis, Reporting and Automation: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management.
Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify patterns and anomalies in sales data, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of processes that impact sales operations.
Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Process Improvement and Training: Identify opportunities for process improvement within sales operations and lead initiatives to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales team members on new processes, tools, and system updates.
Maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency via data/reporting tool automations.

The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon's overseas stores, and supporting local sellers' success and growth on Amazon.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Basic SQL query capability (can read/use and make small edits) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working within a high-growth, technology company Experience developing business analytics or equivalent Experience with data visualization software (e.g., AWS QuickSight or Tableau) or open-source project SQL/python development capability is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
