Sales Operation Manager(A27526)

Responsibilities: Responsible for the management and execution of the daily sales. Assist local sales managers to synchronize and communicate with customers and headquarters;Cooperate with the sales team in Italy to do background support work, assist in meeting customer's needs, summarize sales data and conduct system management of order or project information;Sales data summary, maintenance and analysis;Project Management: Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation;Contract Management: Handle contract negotiation, review and execution. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage any contract-related issues;Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs, track and assess the performance of individuals and teams, and provide constructive suggestions and improvement proposals;Daily Work Assistance: Provide support in day-to-day activities, assisting team members as needed. Address operational challenges and facilitate smooth workflow.Requirements: University degree majored in international business, business administration or other related majors;At least 3 years working experience in similar function;Skilled in using MS Office software;Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Italien is a plus;Strong communication skills, proactive, responsible and superb execution;Eager to learn and great problem-solving ability.
