Your mission: Epson is recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to join us at our Milan head office working within our localised Italian team. This role will require you to provide end to end customer support to our customers across Italy, Greece, and the Balkans regions.

You will be responsible for all order to cash processes, credits, claims, and rebate transnational processing and reporting for relevant 1st tier customers, owning the daily transaction relationship with customers.

Recognizing modern lifestyle needs, this Cinisello Balsamo based role includes three days WFH, is based at our office in Milan, and reports into the Sales Administration Manager.

Please note that this position is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What you will do: Manage the Order to Cash transaction cycle for your customer accounts, ensuring that transactions are processed in a complete, timely and accurate basis Manage your customer accounts claim cycle claim through to resolution, progressing all correspondence, documentation, and enquiries regarding transaction processing of: Commercial & Logistical claims credit notes Work closely with the commercial and supply chain departments ensuring that transactions are validated and processed in a complete, timely and accurate basis Maximise customer satisfaction Daily sales order allocation process with business management and sales accounts Daily delivery creation and availability with the internal supply chain department both planning and fulfilment Daily tracking of transport partners performance against customer slot booking or export requirements Periodic customer facing account metrics to ensure customer expectations are met Track order progress against current customer targets Work closely with credit control to ensure effective front-end management of the sales/collection's areas Ensure all processes adhere to current relevant policies and procedures, J Sox, ISO and internal work instructions What we ask for: Previous Sales Administration experience preferred Good understanding of international business and global supply chain Good communication skills (written / verbal and face to face) Good English written/spoken A good understanding of Order to cash processes and relevant KPI's Computer literate MS Office (focus on Excel) / SAP Attention to detail and desire to follow issues through to closure Logical and proactive thinker Ability to take ownership of a business process Team player, and ability to work under pressure We are keen to hear from you even if you don't match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.
