Sales & Marketing Manager | Industrial Drones For Wind Farm Use

Our client is a scale-up company which builds cutting edge technology drones. As their market is incresing, they asked our support to identify a Sales&Marketing Director who will lead business development & sales activities throughout Europe.

The candidate, reporting directly to CEO, will be responsabile for the definition of sales strategy and expansion. He/She will care of reaching sales and job origination targets, both by strenghtening active relationships and opening new channels.
In terms of business development, the priority is to enlarge market shares in renewables industry (wind and solar), creating and developing contacts with engineering&construction directors and procurement function.
In addition, he/she will be responsible of selecting and preparing exhibition to international fairs and provide guidelines to marketing department.

We are looking for an exeprienced sales professional with evidence of track record in selling highly automated solutions to renewables industries and construction companies. Indeed, we are also looking for a person who is willing to join start/scale-up and fast growing environment, as it's the phase our client is going throug.
Fluent both in Italian and English, a second language between German and French will be considered as a plus. Willing to travel at least 50%.
