Position: Sales & Marketing Assistant
Provide Sales & Marketing support related to events, internal meetings and contract management.
Key Responsibilities: Coordination of education events with general supervisionGrant requests, trackingCommunication with HCPs being aware of Medtech compliance – invitations, travelling arrangementsAdministration of sponsorshipsEvent logistics – hotels, service providers, materials prepInvoice managementBudget managementSafeguard internal and external compliance together with sales teamMarketing materials management with general supervisionOrdering, ensuring translationContracts management with general supervisionLiaison with legal department to ensure legislative requirements are metInternal meetings coordination with general supervisionOther administrative support with general supervisionEducation and Experience: H.S. Diploma or equivalent 5 years of previous related experience Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Preferred
