Our service offering ensures optimal equipment uptime, performance, compliance, and the expertise necessary to maximize the investment of the customer.
The candidate will report to the Service Manager who will keep the P&L of the Business Area.
The candidate will contribute to continue the expansion of the Service Sales channel within the Italian Market Organization.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the daily business management, including training and coaching programs of the Service Sales Team (field and remote – 6 people).
Primary responsibilities of this position include: Managing the Service Sales team to meet or exceed performance targets (KPI).
Driving sales and profitability growth in a fast-evolving, target-focused environment.
Working in close cooperation with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure the highest customer experience.
