Position summary: Sojern seeks a Sales Manager to scale its Hotel Media Solutions and Guest Experience Solutions (GES), including AI Concierge, Reputation Manager, and Guest Marketing Suite. As a Sales manager, you will prospect, pitch, nurture, and close hotels, primarily focused on the Italian market with the potential to look after additional developing territories.
What you will do: Build and scale your book of business by identifying and engaging with qualified Hotel Media Solutions and Guest Experience Solutions prospects.Engage these prospects through a high volume of outbound call and email activities.Recommend advertising and guest experience solutions through a consultative sales approach, delivering persuasive presentations to demonstrate the value of Sojern.Achieve monthly/quarterly new customer adds and revenue quotas through new business acquisition.Proficiently utilize Salesforce according to Sojern's architecture and guidelines, with the ability to report on KPIs, including individual results.Establish a proficient understanding of Sojern's Travel Media Solutions, we run media across programmatic, paid social, sem, metasearchIdentify and make recommendations for improvements around the sales process, tools, and efficiency.Foster an energetic and collaborative team environment.What you bring to the table: Fluent in Italian and English
Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the Hospitality Technology Industry but other industries considered
Self-motivated, willing to learn digital marketing and GES industry trends and technologies, and able to work independently and cross-functionally
Comfortable and competent in communications with veteran sales managers and commercial leadership
Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success Goal-oriented, passionate, high-energy professional with a solution-oriented mindset Entrepreneurial spirit with a forward-thinking mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Proficient in Salesforce CRM, G Suite, and Office Products
