Our client is a company operating in the Rigid Packaging sector for the Cosmetics, Wellness and Beauty industry.
To strengthen the structure we are looking for a Sales Manager and Business Developer.
The person will join a team of 4 other Sales Managers and will report to the Sales Management.
Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for the following tasks: • Sales Strategy Development: develop and execute a clear and effective sales strategy that allows you to reach the set targets and expand your presence on the Italian market • Business Development: develop new business opportunities, new growth areas and new potential customers • Client Relationship Management & Customer Engagement: building and maintaining a strong relationship with key clients, offering customized solutions and interpreting their needs, supporting them in every phase of the sales and post-sales process ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Budget Management: management of a sales budget and correct allocation of resources needed to achieve sales targets • Sales Data Analysis: ability to analyze data and market trends • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work alongside all the departments involved such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations, in order to align the sales strategy within the company objectives • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced and future plans.
Your Profile We will consider candidates with the following requirements (insert hard skills): Proven experience in Business Development and Sales Management Origin from Rigid Packaging Industry Knowledge of the Cosmetic & Beauty world Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, open-mindedness and coming from structured companies.
