SALES MANAGER PLANT BASED APIs
The Ideal candidate's expertise lies in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence for herbal extracts in Europe and overseas.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth for Herbal extracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies. Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives. Achieve sales targets and KPI's set by the company. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities. Desired Experience: Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field. 5 -10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have). Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas. Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs), and generic drug manufacturers. Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. English fluent; any other additional European language is a plus. Applications that do not comply with the requirements will not be considered.
