Atlas Copco Italia is looking for a Sales Manager within the business area Compressor Technique.
Reporting directly to the Business Line Manager, the Sales Manager will lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve results through direct and indirect sales channels for the area of focus. He/she will be able to develop strong support for "People Care," i.e., skills training of direct reports, and uphold a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all operational areas.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Achieve sustainable profitable growth through the results agreed. Translate OFA strategy into the local structure, action plans and KPIs. Measure, act and react based on NPS score to ensure better customer satisfaction. To set-up/ensure pro-active analysis of business trends and the development of relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms. Lead OFA Sales Process in the area. Increase Market Share for OIS, Air Treatment and Oil Free ranges. Apply presence x Hit rate principle in Sales Management. Territory Management and segmentation as pillars for the presence to be discussed and implemented with BLM. Competence Development, Brand awareness and Price Management as pillars for keep a healthy Hit Rate. Coach and implement the new development of Sales Processes supported by C4C. Develop indirect business through the right partners (loyalty program) and with a balance split of product ranges. Support and advise BLM to keep a healthy team structure. Promote the spirit of high performance, keep diversity in seniority, competence development plans. Put as priority the development of Industrial Gases and new business promoted by Marketing. Keep a close and pro-active relation with Compressor Technique Service to assure long-term relations with customers. Responsibility over customer credit collection and payments and customer credibility. Follow the cost-conscious principle in all communication activities. BE a support for Marketing communication process driving it in the area. Competences:
Technical background (technical diploma/engineering degree). Experience in dealing with customers. Domiciled in Lombardia/Veneto/Emilia Romagna.
