Develop business within the non-direct sales channel in the Italian & Balkans region for the full product catalog. Ensure strong relationships with key customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and cross-selling success. Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team regarding equipment sales. Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Strategic Marketing, Product Application and Technical Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals are met. Align with the Regional Commercial Director and the Non-Direct Sales Director to follow corporate strategy, set goals and report on business opportunities. Develop and monitor commercial sales revenue forecasts. Drive value-added sales best practices and continuous process improvement. Monitor the market players, industry trends & regional regulations. Field based role with travel within the territory. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' distribution channel sales experience in the industrial fluids, metalworking, or industrial chemical industry. Preferably in lubricants, grease, coolants, forging, diecasting or any similar products. A dynamic technical sales professional with excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to build strong trust-based relationships. Languages: Italian and English at a professional level. Remote field-based role in Italy, ideally the northern region for better work-life balance.
