**Main purpose of the job**
- Establish Italian business of energy meter products, identifying new market opportunities and customers
- Cooperate with marketing manager for marketing event and exhibition activities. Cooperate with product manager for solution and prepare necessary information and requirement.
**Key **responsibilities**
- l Expand business of energy meters.
- l Create and fulfill the sales plan and achieve sales target set by the management with sales team.
- l Establish sales team who can handle project and industrial customers. Identify market opportunities and new customers to win new business.
- l Lead customer relationship management work, keep good and long term relationship with key customers. Leverage all sales channels to build a healthy distribution system.
- l Prepare monthly/quarterly sales order and sales forecast report. Be responsible for order, hit rate and other target, submit sales data to management and HQ monthly.
- Cooperate with marketing manager for marketing event and exhibition activities. Cooperate with product manager for solution and prepare necessary information and requirement.
- Be able to base in Italy or Germany, and be responsible for the metering sales to key countries in Europe;
- From competitive companies (Itron, EDMI,Iskraemeco, etc., or German domestic meter factory like ehm metering or DZG)
- Independent experience in metering project operation and successful cases is preferred
**Qualifications and experience**
- High priority for majoring in power electric system, International trade professional and bachelor degree.
- Above 8 years experience as sales manager in energy meter field or relevant.
- Familiar with electricity metering industrial as well as working experiences at global brands like EDMI, Itron, L+G and so on preferrably.
- Hard-working spirit, active working attitude, can bear sales target pressure and fulfill the target.
- Good presentation skills to present in front of large audience
- Ability for structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, implement and follow-up
- Well communication capability, well spoken English and writing capability
- Work location: Venice head office, role can be on the Italian territory
