Sales Manager Lazio (M/F/D) - Location: Rome (Italy)

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company's business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Lazio.
The main activities will be:
Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customersDeveloping the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Lazio/Italy) actively contributing to the company's growthSupporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysisUp and cross-selling activity of DKV products and servicesParticipate at business trade fairs and other eventsPrevious experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferably in the customer acquisition processEffective Communication and Negotiation skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectivelyGood knowledge of English (at least B2)Proficient in the use of CRM and ExcelResidence in Rome (at least in Region Lazio)Strong positive attitude to problem-solvingPro-active, willing to actively participate in the company's successHigh level of commitment, accountability, and flexibilitySelf-motivation and resilienceThis position can be full-time or part-time (min. 30h/week).
