Lauterbach, as a prominent international company, holds the global market leadership position in the hardware-supported tracing and debugging tools development for embedded systems. Our broad range of products comprises of classic debuggers and JTAG solutions for virtual targets, as well as complex debugging and tracing tools for heterogeneous multi-core systems equipped with multiple operating systems. The company's headquarters is situated in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn, approximately 20 minutes south of Munich. 
Lauterbach has a global presence with over 130 employees across 11 offices, and its Italian branch office is located in Milan's San Siro area. Our clientele encompasses numerous renowned automotive, aerospace, mobile system manufacturers, automation and communication technology, and chip makers.
As Sales Manager at Lauterbach Italy, your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical and commercial support and guidance to our customers Presenting products to the customers Preparing and negotiating offers and following up on them Preparing and attending trade fairs and exhibitions in the sector Establishing the initial contact with customers and developing a trustworthy business relationship Expanding the business in new sectors and markets Collaborating with the sales and marketing team at the headquarters. To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/technical computer science or a comparable technical qualification Proficiency in hardware-related software technical knowledge is mandatory Have had prior experience in a technical sales role Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications is desirable Prior experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 systems would be an added advantage Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills in both Italian and English Be willing to travel to Italy and occasionally to Germany Exhibit a capacity for working independently and attentively As an organization, Lauterbach offers:
