Criteo's Retail Media division was created with the mission to be the technology platform that powers the most efficient and measurable retail media ecosystem for the world's leading retailers and brands.
We are the leader in Retail Media worldwide, with over 100 of the world's top retailers and many of the world's top brands as client partners.
**Overview Of The Role**
As a Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Retail Media Demand, you will be expected to prospect, win new business, grow existing clients, initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close.
You will be working with well-known brands and agencies.
You will be facilitating joint business planning meetings as well as strategic growth development conversations.
Draw up sales account plans and be responsible for forecasting to achieve quarterly targets.

**What you'll do**:
- Reach and exceed business development goals while contributing to overall team goals
- Provide world-class customer service to drive revenue growth with existing customers
- Full responsibility for winning a target list of new business prospects
- Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and agencies
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with media agencies where required
- Champion new products and solutions externally to the market
- Maintain extensive product knowledge through internal relationships across product and client service teams
- Work closely with the Account Strategy team members to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities
- Accurate pipeline management and ownership of both new & existing opportunities across multiple products
- Hit or exceed quarterly revenue target
**Who you are**:
- Relevant experience in digital media sales, Display, search and or eCommerce
- Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to open doors Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service
- Ability to work in a fast-moving company
- Strong communication, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Result-driven
- High levels of communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand clients business needs and position solutions in a timely and personalized way
- Ability to prioritize in the face of demanding time frames
- Passionate about new media and how Criteo and performance marketing can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
- Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to a client
- Fluent English and Italian speaker
- Able to work in Milano, Italy
